Intraoral Scan Data Entry & Review Specialist
Overview
Process oral scan data that fails to auto-match in the system by manually verifying and supplementing records through designated platforms to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Communicate with US and Australian teams to confirm uncertain or pending oral scan data and ensure timely entry. Identify data anomalies (e.g., mismatched information, time conflicts) and report them according to protocols. Strictly adhere to data security policies to protect patient privacy.
Responsibilities
- Process oral scan data that does not auto-match in the system by manual verification and data supplementation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with US and Australian teams to confirm uncertain or pending data and ensure timely entry.
- Identify data anomalies (e.g., mismatched information, time conflicts) and report them according to established protocols.
- Maintain strict adherence to data security policies to protect patient privacy.
Qualifications
Minimum : SPM / STPM or Diploma or Degree in Health Sciences / Dental Technology / Medical Records / Information Technology / Administrative StudiesFamiliarity with dental terminology is a plusFresh graduates or individuals with internship experience in dental clinics, health data, or administrative roles are encouraged to applyStrong command of English (written and spoken)Detail-oriented : ability to efficiently and accurately verify dataData security awareness : strong sensitivity in handling confidential information and strict adherence to corporate confidentiality policiesBasic skills : proficiency in office software and adaptability to multi-system operationsNo prior experience required : training provided#J-18808-Ljbffr
