Job Responsibilities :

  • Proactively contact prospective clients through various methods, including cold calling, lead generation, online research, and proposal submissions.
  • Generate appointments and explore business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and provide clients with updated promotional campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development goals.
  • Stay updated on the company’s services and continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements to Succeed :

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Relevant Experience : Relevant working experience in Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.
  • Language : Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Personality : We welcome a young, bold, enthusiastic persona with a passion for sales.
  • Candidates should possess a good personality, be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, and possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
