We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to spearhead our newly established
Agricultural Solutions department. The role involves building new client relationships, promoting our range
of agricultural tools (Including harvesting sickles), and identifying opportunities within the fertilizer and
related agricultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell sickles and agricultural tools, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and farmers, providing after-sales
support and tailored solutions.
Develop distribution channels in rural and plantation areas, and coordinate product promotions,demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.Requirements :
Age : years oldExperience : 3–5 years in sales, preferably in agriculture, palm oil industry, or related fieldGender : Open to all candidates; female applicants are especially encouraged to applyEducation : No formal education requirement – performance and results are valued over academicqualifications
