Relay directives and priorities from the Reception Manager through your actions and presence at the reception.Assist the Reception Manager in organizing and managing the reception, including coordination with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance).Participate in and oversee the reception till, deposit of valuables, and management of rooms and transfers.Train and support the reception team.Ensure adherence to Club Med’s quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.Promote internal sales such as overnight stays, room upgrades, and meals.Address and resolve customer requests, comments, and incidents.As a G.O Front Desk Manager Assistant, you will benefit from Club Med’s facilities and activities.
