We're Hiring : Growth Marketing Specialist – Focused on European Markets

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Join our international marketing team and help us connect with top-tier decision-makers across Europe.

Are you a hands-on digital marketer passionate about executing impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate quality leads? We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our international marketing team, activities focused on European markets.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our strategy to life—working closely with both marketing and business teams to engage senior decision-makers across industries.

Your Audience

You’ll help us reach :

  • CXOs at large enterprises across Europe
  • Sales, marketing and business development professionals from technology companies of all sizes

What You’ll Do

  • Execute campaigns across paid and organic channels , especially LinkedIn , Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Plan and send email campaigns in close coordination with the team (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align goals and content
  • Support content creation with basic design tasks (experience with design tools is a bonus)
  • Track and optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs
  • Understand and apply lead funnel logic MQLs to SQLs and how to nurture leads through it

  • Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Know how to work independently on campaign execution while collaborating in a team
  • Understand how to tailor messaging for senior B2B audiences
  • Are data-driven and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Can handle multiple projects in a fast-moving, international environment

  • Consistent delivery of well-targeted, high-performing marketing activities
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture high-quality leads for sales
  • Clear, timely reporting and insight sharing from campaigns
