Sales Manager – Oil & Gas (Pipeline / EPCC)

Overview

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in gas pipeline and facility construction, including compressor stations, metering stations, and gas treatment plants.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage the bidding and tendering process, coordinating with estimating, engineering, procurement, and legal teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure ongoing and future business.

Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, pricing strategies, and business objectives aligned with company direction.

Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify risks and new opportunities in the gas infrastructure sector.

Manage the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

Source and recommend high-quality, cost-effective products, materials, and equipment for tendering and project execution.

Work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction post-sale.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and market expansion.
