Manager, Project

Available location : Penang Office & KL HQ

Key Responsibilities

To undertake projects during design stage and lead the Implementation Team during construction stage till project completion & final account, which include;

Coordination with Planning Department and Contracts Department (during Planning Stage) and oversee work done by appointed consultants and specialist contractors

Provide leadership to the Implementation Team during construction stage and oversee the appointed consultants work to safe guarding our interests without interfering in the independence of the consultants in terms of;

• Compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
• Meeting project schedules
• Working within approved budgets
• Meeting quality targets
• Meeting site safety, health and environmental requirements

To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Company

Qualifications & Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field within the construction industry

Minimum 7 years' experience in construction with proven track records of successful project delivery. At least 4 years must be in a leadership role, including managerial responsibility for the completion of high-rise building projects

Strong team work, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management and design software, including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Familiarity with contract administration and construction documentation is essential.
