Responsibilities

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree or above.Proficient in English (B2 CEFR or higher) and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.At least 1 year of team management experience in a BPO / Contact Centre, preferably in e-commerce / marketplace.Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for user experience.Good organizational, coordination, and team motivation abilities; able to work under pressure.Willing to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.Job Benefits
