Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle on all sourcing & purchasing task.
- Manages incoming internal purchasing requests, generating external purchasing requests, and tracking delivery of goods and services.
- Purchases and negotiates materials, equipment, and supplies from suppliers.
- Materials delivery schedule follow up by weekly & ensure supplier timely delivery.
- Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD from time to time.
