Finance Executive

International School of Kuantan is looking to appoint a

Finance Executive

to join our friendly Team from October 2025 .

The Finance Executive is responsible to analyze financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities in ISK. This includes preparing the budget, conducting financial reports, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in the provision of effective strategic and financial planning.

Liaise with bankers in matters related to finances such as loans, guaranteed, FD, and any related facilities.

Provide financial advice and guidance to the Executive and Managing Director.

Conduct research, prepare and submit the annual budget.

Prepare detailed reports on financials and the full set of accounts.

Provide comptrollership functions in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies, procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles.

Any other related duties as and when required.

Liaise with auditors and tax agents ensuring submission of the form and reports are on time and in accordance with the law and standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Degree in Accounting / Finance

Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field

Experience in audit / involvement in group reporting is an added advantage.

Able to work independently, self-motivated, possess analytical skills, ability to adapt to change, and proactive team player.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with MYOB Accounting System or any related accounting system.
