Penerangan pekerjaanConduct user research to gather insights, understand user needs, and identify pain points. Organize and run usability tests, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback on design concepts. Analyze test results and refine designs based on user feedback. Work closely with engineers, product managers, and others. Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product planning discussions. Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product design concepts and workflows. Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to create high-fidelity prototypes. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, to keep designs modern and competitive. Benchmark designs against competitors and conduct market analysis to identify design opportunities. Support the product development cycle by providing design inputs and feedback during the prototyping, testing, and finalization phases. Help identify and solve design challenges that arise throughout the product development process. Bachelors degree in Design related field. Proven experience in product design or industrial design , with a strong portfolio showcasing design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch , Adobe XD , Figma , InVision , or similar. Strong knowledge of design principles, including UX / UI, interaction design, and visual design. Experience with prototyping and user testing tools.
