About the role

JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' is seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join their team in Senai Johor. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and termination
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation and payroll processing
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the call centre or customer service industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and HRIS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Familiarity with talent management, performance management and employee engagement strategies
