JOB HIGHLIGHTS : -

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : -

  • Handle all types of customer interactions across multiple channels, including correspondence, live chat, email, and calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions.
  • Ensure every transaction is managed professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS : -

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience.
  • Open for fresh graduates (Diploma or above)
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Able to work on Rotational shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
