Job description

JOB HIGHLIGHTS : -

Renewable contract position
Basic salary + Allowances + Overtime (if required)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : -

Handle all types of customer interactions across multiple channels, including correspondence, live chat, email, and calls.

Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions.

Ensure every transaction is managed professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.

Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : -

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience.

Open for fresh graduates (Diploma or above)

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Basic computer knowledge

Able to work on Rotational shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
