Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Marketing

  • Promote the company's property projects through online and offline channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide follow-up communication.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and participate in property launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions (CRM).

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain sales files, booking forms, SPA documents, and loan application paperwork.
  • Liaise with solicitors, bankers, and government agencies for documentation and project-related matters.
  • Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and marketing activity summaries.
  • Assist in general office administration tasks such as document filing, purchasing, and office coordination.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments, agreements, and handover processes.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales / marketing or admin (experience in property development is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design / social media tools is a plus.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
