Working Hour : Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am
Responsibilities
Create interest in products and services.
Call on customers to advise them of available products and services offerings.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services and be able to articulate their features and benefits to customers.
Entry of sales leads for external sales pursuit; and pursuit of select open leads for closure.
Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready.
Assist manager and senior management by providing monthly updates about recurring business issues that require a proactive approach, or trends that suggest alternate sales offers or approaches.
Responsible for duties associated with the management of account and contact information within the CRM system.
Track all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and capture specific customer and product details related to the call.
Responsible for actively driving revenue by engaging in planned and agreed to direct sales.
Willingness and ability to back up other divisions when called upon.
Meet daily / weekly / monthly call quotas as set by management.
Requirements
Possesses Diploma / Bachelor or equivalent.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Flexibility to work during Odd Hours and Public Holiday.
Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
SAP experience would be a plus.
