Responsibilities
- Ensure IOI branded customer service to prospects and purchasers
- Attend walk-in and call-in potential inquiries
- Promote products and provide consultations (e.g., sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant)
- Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing and promotional activities
- Assist in compiling, monitoring and reporting of sales performance
- Assist in marketing research and development
- Contribute to a positive team environment within the Sales & Marketing Department and maintain professional, courteous relationships with co-workers
- Execute other job responsibilities as required by the superior or designated by the Company
