Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Recruit, monitor, and manage a team of professional service crew members.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to subordinates, ensuring motivation and welfare are maintained.

- Prepare annual and off-day planners for Project Supervisors and Leading Crew.
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and appraisals of service crew.

Operational Planning & Scheduling
Plan and prepare daily and monthly schedules, highlighting key priority areas.Ensure accurate attendance registration and re-deployment of service crew as needed.Develop contingency plans to prevent manpower shortages, especially during festive seasons.Prepare schedules, Gantt charts, and checklists before new project commencement.Ensure all tasks are carried out as per the cleaning checklist and work done acknowledgements are completed.Site Supervision & Inspection
Conduct regular site inspections as per client visit schedules.Ensure all documentation (Work Done Acknowledgement, Daily Cleaning Checklist, etc.) is completed and properly filed.Monitor that all sites adhere to cleaning standards and schedules.Assist in handling suppliers and subcontractors (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, handyman services, etc.).HR & Administrative Support
Assist HR with the compilation of overtime, medical, and leave records.Support HR in hostel inspections and foreign worker welfare (immigration issues, FOMEMA check-ups, etc.).Handle documentation related to employee claims, leave, and welfare.Equipment & Inventory Management
Ensure all tools, materials, and machinery are clean, accounted for, and stored properly.Monitor stock levels of cleaning equipment and materials and raise orders as needed within budget.Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning chemicals, maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) at all sites.Reporting & Documentation
Produce weekly and monthly reports including overtime, turnover, training, evaluation, and incident records.Submit reports to superiors as scheduled.Maintain and update operational documentation and records.Client Relations
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.Investigate and address client feedback promptly.Take corrective actions to resolve service issues.Emergency & Ad-Hoc Duties
Assist in performing Project Supervisor duties during emergencies or staff shortages.Respond to ad-hoc or emergency calls (e.g., flood, fire, disaster recovery).Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.Continuous Improvement
Review and improve departmental efficiency, processes, and procedures.Recommend service improvements and operational enhancements.Continuously develop self and maintain knowledge in the relevant field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
