Responsibility :
1. Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
2. Customer Service & Experience
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.Train and lead the team to maintain high service standards.Resolve any service or operational issues quickly and efficiently.3. Team Management & Leadership
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.Motivate and coach staff to perform at their best.Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.4. Sales & Reporting
Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting.Participate in marketing or promotional activities when needed.5. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Follow restaurant SOPs and operational guidelines.Assist in internal audits and maintain documentation as required.Requirements :
Prior experience working in the F&B industry is an advantage.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.Perks :
