We're Hiring : Traditional Mandarin + English Speaking Call Centre Team Lead

Location : Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur

Do you speak Mandarin and English fluently and have a passion for leading teams?

We're looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to guide, motivate, and inspire a high-performing customer service team — delivering exceptional experiences for global clients..

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach & support a team of customer service agents.
  • Handle escalated issues and complex inquiries in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
  • Track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive improvements.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve service quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher (SPM with strong experience may be considered).
  • At least 2 years' BPO / Call Center experience, with 1 year in a Team Lead role.
  • Fluent in Cantonese & English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
  • Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM5, RM5,600.00 per month
