Overview
We are Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. We are looking for a driven Legal Counsel to support the Asia-Pacific region from Madrid, joining the In-House Legal Team. This is an opportunity to contribute to Fever’s growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven entertainment environment and to develop expertise across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
- Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
- Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
- Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion
- Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
- Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
- Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
- Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members
Qualifications
Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligenceExperience working on international projects or with global teamsA team player who is adaptable and eager to learnLocation
