Overview

Skop Kerja : Delivery driver responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, couriers, and stations in a safe, timely manner; verifying customer details and addresses in the application; ensuring packaging and delivery conditions; handling COD collections; and adhering to company policies and traffic regulations. Responsibilities

Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers, couriers, and stations in a safe, timely manner. Verify customer details against the actual address in the application before and during delivery to ensure the address is within the coverage area. Before departing for delivery, ensure the following conditions are met : a) no mislabeling or packaging discrepancies; b) all packaging is in an acceptable condition; c) AWB is present on all packages; d) the quantity of items in the application matches the physical number of packages; e) packages are within the driver’s coverage area and the designated route. Notify and hand over packages to Station staff if there are any packaging discrepancies. Collect cash from customers for COD deliveries and ensure the COD amount matches the driver application. Hand over COD collected from customers to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily. Contact customers in advance if delivery is failed due to no answer from the customer. Maintain courteous conduct with customers. Adhere to the designated routes and schedules. Comply with POD requirements. Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain safe driving records. Comply with Ninja Van Code of Conduct. Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policy & Quality Objectives. Perform any other duties as directed by superiors. Qualifications

Malaysian citizen. Aged 18 years and above. SPM qualification or higher. Experience not required. Own vehicle (motorcycle / car). Valid driving / rider licence and valid GDL if driving a company vehicle. Clean driving record. No criminal record. Good attitude and customer-oriented. Smartphone with Android. Responsible and punctual. Able to work flexible schedules. Work location : Alor Setar and Gurun areas as listed.

• Compensation based on package volume and performance; Working hours : Monday–Sunday, 8 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM (or until delivery complete). Delivery areas : Seliam / Rantau Panjang / Beriah. Job Details
