Team Lead (Sales)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality results Oversee daily team performance, ensuring KPIs, quality metrics, and project deadlines are consistently met Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity Monitor and analyse operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Act as the escalation point for complex cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with both internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant TL experience Fluency in English and Chinese (Verbal and Written) Able to work rotational shift (based on serving country) Benefits
