Responsibilities :

Supervisor

Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.

Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance.

Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and key metrics.

Handle various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service.

Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Attend to customer inquiries from retail shop online platforms.

Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.

Ensure high customer satisfaction from time to time.

Assist in stock checking and prepare reports as assigned.
