About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing high‑quality service while identifying and understanding their needs to achieve sales targets.
- Perform daily operational tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming stock, product shelving and display, replenishment, returns processing, and loss prevention measures.
- Manage assigned product categories, ensuring product safety, adequate inventory levels, regular stocktaking, timely maintenance, and loss control.
- Keep designated areas clean and well‑organized; ensure a neat personal appearance in line with brand image.
- Take responsibility for replenishing stock, maintaining appealing product displays, and ensuring all merchandise is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Responsible for achieving overall store sales goals.
- Support the store manager in various auxiliary tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
