QA / QC Manager x2 (Data Centre / Construction / M&E / MNC)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement QA / QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITP) for all construction and M&E works in data centre projects.
• Oversee quality inspections, audits, and testing activities across all project phases, including civil, structural, M&E installations, and commissioning.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (ACMV), fire suppression, and security systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance.
• Ensure documentation and traceability of test results, material inspections, and handover records.
• Train project teams on quality processes, safety protocols, and best practices to uphold high standards.
