- Responsible for tour handling in Worldwide Destinations according to our customers (agents) needs / requirements.
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target in a competitive environment.
- Maintains and expands customer database - identify potential new customers and maintain good sales relationship with existing customers.
- Identifies market requirements, provide constructive recommendations and works with our Country Manager to support our business.
- Creation and ongoing support of your destination marketing toolkit, including tools and unique selling points for end clients and sales to use.
- Upselling and distributing new destination itineraries and activities.
- Pre / Post season analysis and recommendations.
- Checking itineraries and services quoted by sales to ensure feasibility and making suggestions where necessary to maximize contribution to margin.
- Assist in building a network of key relationships within your clients.
- Join and lead Inspections & client meetings.
- Investigate and resolve service complaints.
- Undertake project work as required by management.
Requirements :
Diploma or degree holder; preferred in travel related fieldAt least 5 years sales experiences in travel or hotel industry, ideally within DMC or travel agent.Possess good travel agents’ network would be added advantage.Target & customer-orientated, good presentation skills, responsible, result-driven and ability to build up new accounts.Understand and possess travel operation process knowledge / experiences is needed.Working experience in multi-national or foreign companies is preferred.Mature, independent and able to work under pressure.Proficient in PC operation especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point.Fluent in spoken and written English and ChineseSeniority level
