Position Description :

We’re on the search for a bilingual Marketing Co‑Ordinator who’s ready to dive head-first into all things international B2B marketing. No two days will look the same; one day you’ll be pulling together analytics reports and branded presentations, the next you will be designing social media images and drafting posts, working on the website and collaborating on a new campaign.

If you're looking for a hands-on marketing role that will help you expand your experience across the whole marketing function, this is for you. You’ll be working on the creative and strategic side of digital and traditional marketing as well as the analytics, processes and admin that keep everything running smoothly. We have recently launched a WeChat channel, so we are keen for a Mandarin speaker who can help ensure our Chinese communications are up to scratch.

You’ll be working directly with an experienced and supportive manager (based in Sydney), but also closely with the Business Development teams in Asia and Australia as well as the Principals and attorneys across our APAC offices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels
• Collaborate with the Business Development teams on marketing support for conference attendance and other international travel
• Post and monitor LinkedIn content, including drafting social media text and branded images
• Assist with internal co-ordination of translations and external agency on posts and content for WeChat
• Review, upload and format website content
• Support management of the website backend
• Assist to plan, draft, distribute and monitor firm EDMs
• Compile monthly digital performance reports to track and analyse results
• Update and distribute collateral across digital channels
• Keep brand assets and guidelines up to date and organised
• Coordinate with office admins, external printers, web developers and photographers on various marketing activities and needs
• Manage various marketing administrative tasks
