We support the Energy sector (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power Generation) across the full project lifecycle — from FEED to EPC, O&M, and energy transition.

We’re growing our Melaka team and looking for a Recruiter to help us connect top talent with leading industry players in the energy sectors. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers — while working alongside our Account / Business Managers on exciting global projects.

Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals & ATS
Screen CVs, run interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Contribute to continuous improvement in our recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For

2 - 5 years’ recruitment experience (Energy / Oil & Gas preferred)

Confident with interviews and selection tools

Familiar with ATS and recruitment best practices

Great communication and people skills

Based in Melaka

Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage, not mandatory)
