Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage strong presence in the market and develop strong relationships with banks, merchants and business partners;
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in eCommerce service and new product markets;
  • Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets;
  • Assist senior sales manager in developing proposals, quotations and product presentations;
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and upselling opportunities;
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities and potential growth opportunities;
  • Participate in meetings, trade shows & promotional events as requested;
  • Work closely with marketing, operations / onboarding and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to merchants;
  • Support new programs and management initiatives;
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Degree holder in Business, eCommerce.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing, or a related field.
  • Some knowledge of online and offline payments industry, including various payment methods (point-of-sale terminal, mobile wallets, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, hard working and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
  • Fast learner, excellent communication & negotiation, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.
  • High standard of spoken and written English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
