Job Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager in handling all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll & employee relations
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with local labor laws
Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and counseling sessions
Prepare monthly HR reports for management
Support the HR Manager in audits, ISO / document control, and internal HR projects
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Admin or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment
Able to communicate in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a bonus
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and knowledge of Malaysia labor laws
Good organizational and time management skills
