Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager in handling all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll & employee relations
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and counseling sessions
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management
  • Support the HR Manager in audits, ISO / document control, and internal HR projects

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Admin or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and knowledge of Malaysia labor laws
  • Good organizational and time management skills
