Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Admin or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment Able to communicate in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a bonus Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and knowledge of Malaysia labor laws Good organizational and time management skills Competitive salary package with annual increment & performance bonus (subjected to company's business and performance) Opportunities for career advancement and leadership training Annual leave, medical benefits, and staff insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in handling all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll & employee relations
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
- Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with local labor laws
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and counseling sessions
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management
- Support the HR Manager in audits, ISO / document control, and internal HR projects
