E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations / logistics-related matters including managing return / exchange & refund cases.
• Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed on time and communicated.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring and recording of sales across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and address any identified issues or bugs.
• Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Superior from time to time.
