TikTok / Social Commerce Executive

• Own the brand’s TikTok content – script, shoot or brief creators; edit in CapCup / Adobe to spin-off top clips into potential Meta Ads.
• Set the weekly Live calendar with our external live‑stream agency — suggest improvements, themes / topics, & product offers for viewers.
• Design tiered commissions, sample seeding, leaderboards and prize pools that keep TikTok Affiliates posting — and protect margin.
• Recruit, brief and motivate TikTok Affiliates to create content to feature our products.
• Own and maintain performance marketing dashboards for TikTok in content and livestream for both brands.
• Translate insights from performance marketing dashboards into clear next steps for creative, offers or ad budget shifts in TikTok
