Job Summary :

As a Repair & Test Supervisor, you will oversee and manage repair & testing operations, ensuring technical excellence, efficient project execution and effective team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, robust problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to drive high standards in all work completed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Technical Knowledge : Possess an in-depth understanding of relevant equipment and systems, including the ability to maintain, repair and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
• Project Management : Efficiently manage multiple maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion, effective resources utilization and accurate tracking of project progress.
• Communication Skills : Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, vendors and cuistomers by providing precise instructions and explanations for technical issues.
• Problem-Solving Sklls : Identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively, analyzing issues thoroughly to develop and implement robust implementation strategies.
• People Management : Lead, coach and motivate repair & test teams to ensure high standards of work quality and productivity are consistently met.
