Marketing Automation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Contract, Remote) to support our APAC marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Marketo and Salesforce , with a strong background in building and optimizing lifecycle processes, lead management, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless automation, efficient pipeline conversion, and scalable marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Marketo and Salesforce workflows to support campaign execution and reporting
• Build, monitor, and improve lead lifecycle processes, including MQL-SQL pipeline conversion
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams across APAC to align automation processes with business goals
• Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead funnel metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across marketing systems
• Support integration between marketing automation tools, CRM, and other platforms as required
