Civil Engineer cum Project Engineer

Responsibilities include :

• Cost Control : Manage Monthly Cost Performance, review VOWD with client, monitor spend, and understand overspend / underspend reasons.
• Manage Quarterly Latest Estimate (LE) : Ensure variance within + / - 5%, monitor project financials, update submission files and presentations.
• Documentation : Document work instructions, guidelines, and processes.
• Finance : Support activities related to Asset under Construction, Asset Capitalization, Asset Taxation, and audits.
• Reports : Ensure timely submission and presentation of reports.
• Schedule : Manage project schedule and integrated asset plan.
• Stakeholders Management : Interface with client and BV project managers and stakeholders.
