We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our KL team to support a project we have with a global leading tech company.
This role is a 12-month contract extendable fully onsite (KL Eco City) and we prefer immediate joiners who can start by end of November .
Candidates should have 3–7 years of IT support experience and be bi-lingual in English and Malay .
In this role, you’ll provide desktop, office, and basic infrastructure support to around 20 local employees while collaborating with the global IT team.
You’ll handle workstation setup, laptop imaging, printer and docking support, network troubleshooting, and ticket management through tools such as ConnectWise or similar.
You’ll also assist with off-hour server maintenance, system checks, and basic networking tasks in coordination with the infrastructure team.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Office 365, Windows environments, networking, and IT infrastructure .
Familiarity with firewalls, connectivity, and ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira) is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are key.
The interview process includes a HackerRank assessment, two short virtual meetings with the IT team and hiring manager, and a final onsite session in Kuala Lumpur.
