Powercomp Distribution is a leading distributor of POS hardware, AIDC, and smart retail solutions in Malaysia. We provide innovative technology to major retailers and F&B chains nationwide Responsibilities

Repair & Maintenance : Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance for POS printers, barcode printers, tablets, and PDA terminals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues. Product Processing : Prepare, test, and configure new products before delivery. Record and track repair or processing status. Onsite Installation : Carry out installation of POS and AIDC systems at client sites. Conduct functionality tests and ensure successful system deployment. Onsite Maintenance Service : Provide scheduled maintenance and technical support at customer locations. Ensure smooth operation of POS, printers, and AIDC devices. Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field. Basic understanding of POS systems, network setup, and peripherals. Able to travel for onsite service (with transport allowance provided). Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies. Experience in repair or field service is an advantage. Job Details
