Probe / Test Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional team to identify and drive improvements in manufacturability, yield, performance, quality and reliability for our power products.
• Lead or assist in setting up equipment, production lines and processes & implement process changes and equipment modifications.
• Participate in reviews to ensure design for manufacturability best practices are followed. Ramp new products released from R&D while monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Create and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures.
• Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.
• Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
• Work directly with contract manufacturing engineering and manufacturing personnel and equipment suppliers.
• Prevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies.
• Identify and implement items for improvement including upgrades to equipment and process.
