About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Daythree Business Services Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about our products and services
Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
