About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at Daythree Business Services Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
