We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our (Director / CEO / Executive). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to relocate to Dubai as part of our company’s regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the (Director / CEO / Executive).
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings across multiple time zones.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communications professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners effectively.
- Assist with project coordination, office management, and event planning.
- Ensure smooth operations and efficiency in daily executive tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business correspondence.Excellent command of English (additional languages such as Arabic are a plus).Based in Malaysia and willing to relocate to Dubai within the next few months.Seniority level
