Senior SAP AMS (FICO, SD, MM)

Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution : Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Change Request Management : Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
• Service Request Management : Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
• Configuration and Customization : Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA : Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
