Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coach a team of customer service reps to deliver excellent support
  • Monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure KPIs / SLAs are met
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and team meetings
  • Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams for process improvement

Job Requirements

  • At least 1â2 years of Team Lead experience in a customer service / contact centre environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Flexible to work in a 24 / 7 shift-based environment
