Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sales professional. The role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Pre-Sales professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical and business expertise during the sales process. Daily tasks include analyzing client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, creating proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. Additional responsibilities may include being a liaison between sales and technical teams, as well as providing customer service support to prospects and clients.
