Logistics & Warehouse Operations Admin Manager

to lead a team of admin associates supporting our logistics and warehouse functions. This role focuses on managing

ERP / WMS / TMS systems , ensuring

process accuracy , monitoring

KPIs , and driving

cross-functional efficiency

across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Manage ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms to ensure seamless logistics and warehouse operations.

Lead and develop a team of 5–8 administrative executives; oversee workload distribution and training.

Define and monitor KPIs such as shipment processing time, document accuracy, and exception handling.

Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

Drive automation initiatives including digitalization, paperless workflows, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements, and internal SOPs; maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.

Plan and forecast resources based on operational demand; manage manpower scheduling and peak period coverage.

Control departmental budgets including office supplies and operational costs, implementing cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative operations.

Proficient in ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Familiar with audit standards, documentation control, and record retention.

Experience with process automation tools is a plus.
