Counsellor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional counselling services, offering guidance and support to students, and contributing to the development of a healthy and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
• Address personal, academic, career, and emotional issues through professional guidance.
• Develop and implement counselling programs, workshops, and awareness activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of counselling sessions.
• Work closely with academic and administrative departments to provide holistic support.
• Identify individuals at risk and provide appropriate interventions or referrals.
• Stay updated with current practices, ethics, and guidelines in counselling.
