Position Overview

The Banquet Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the banquet department, ensuring smooth execution of events, high service standards, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising banquet staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining brand standards to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquet events, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown.
• Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to provide excellent service.
• Ensure banquet operations comply with hotel brand standards and guest expectations.
• Liaise with the Banquet Manager, Sales, and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Address guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to hotel policies.
• Ensure banquet areas, equipment, and inventory are well-maintained and properly stored.
• Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and cost control for banquet operations.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and hygiene standards in all banquet activities.
