Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SKM L3, Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in autodetailing, retail supervision is an advantage. Basic understanding of vehicle care and coating processes preferred. Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. Possess a valid driving license (motor & car). Strong attention to detail and precision. Good leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production deadlines. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Branch Supervisor to join our new team in the Detailing Auto Bath division.
Jobscope / responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation Before, During & After of the Branch document -operation (e.g., Opening, Operation Hours & Closing ).
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the floor and shop for customers
- Support the technicians in daily operations to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels for inventory materials, tools, and consumables.
- Handle stock-in and stock-out records and alert for low inventory.
- Coordinate with HQ for stock orders as directed.
- Assist with vehicle movement within the premises (parking, sending for inspection, etc.).
- Collect and deliver stocks, tools, or customer vehicles when necessary.
- Support internal movement of work orders between departments.
- Report daily activities and highlight any issues to the owner or manager.
- To maintain Company SOP, Best Practice and Policy for Branch Operation.
